【若無法查詢，務請於12月29日16:00前向本校招生委員會(招生組)詢問，逾期不予受理。】

查詢報名序號及列印報考證明請注意以下事項：
●報考證明為PDF格式
●文件開啟密碼為報名填寫之身分證件號碼
●若考生姓名中有少見字，要以列印出之報考證明檔案內的姓名為準，請留意!!
